DAWN DALRYMPLE

Dawn Dalrymple has over 24 years of experience in Executive Leadership and Management in both the for profit and nonprofit sectors. Her love and passion for helping and serving others has been the foundation of her success. She has vast knowledge in the areas of strategic planning, training, supervision, board development, fund development, international initiatives, and volunteerism. She has always immersed herself in her work and community by sharing her time, talents, & treasure. She believes that we can make a difference in the lives of others, by giving without expectations from a place of genuine sincerity.

KLEVISA KOVACI

Klevisa Kovaci is a former Montage Initiative Co-Founder and Chair of the Student Advisory Board. She is a mission-driven international affairs professional and advocate who is passionate about making a difference through development and human rights. Klevisa currently works as Coordinator for Humanitarian Funding at Save the Children. Her experience comprises engagements with global organizations and projects in Eastern and Western Europe, South Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and North America. These include UN Women Kosovo, Permanent Mission of Albania to the UN, various education programs, and development initiatives on the ground. Klevisa holds a Master’s degrees from Columbia University and Sciences Po Paris in international affairs and development.. Prior to this, she graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A. in Politics and French.

SHARON PEDROSA

Sharon Pedrosa is a former Montage Initiative Co-founder and Vice-Chair of Student Advisory Board; Sharon graduated from Fairfield University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a concentration in Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies, and Sociology. She received her Master of Social Work Degree in 2018 from Simmons University, with a concentration in Child, Adolescent, and Family work. Sharon has a background of International work as well, having volunteered in Bogota, Colombia and Amanzimtoti, South Africa. She currently serves on the Student Advisory Board for Montage Initiative, an organization she began working with as an intern in 2012 and, alongside Klevisa Kovaci, developed an advisory board within the organization that encouraged Youth Perspectives and Leadership. Sharon is currently a full time Trauma-Focused Bilingual Child Therapist for the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut.
